Is anykind of refund process Manual or through system started in GST?

Yes . . .
firstly submit the GST RFD 01A (for exporters)
and then submit it manually with some other docs to dept.
WAIT for UPCOMING NOTIFICATIONS

Once complt the July Month Returs after that only apply the RFD
