I have a question, when we get voluntary mvat registration we need to deposit 25000/-, question is that can we adjust 25000 in tax payable or not, if not then when we claim refund? can we carrie forward this amount in return? waiting for reply............
25000 K acts as a deposit to get urself registered !
u cannot claim as a refund nor u can carry forward it
its a pure deposit !! which u MAY get back on cancellation of ur registration !!
