Refund on income tax of arrear payment

you can get refund only if your total tax liabilty is less than Rs. 1.5 Lakhs. And u have to file ITR

total tax liabilty will be calculated on all of your income in a financial year and yes you can file your itr online

First you should calculate relief u/s 89. Because relief u/s 89 may reduce your tax liability...

After that you should file your return electronically for refund.
