In July 2018, wrongly paid SGST&CGST, but paid correctly IGST in September 2019 for same invoices
can we now claim refund of wrongly paid SGST & CGST in 2017 .
Kindly advise us.

I think No...as time to file refund application is already expired for 2017.
Limitation not applicable to refund where cgst/sgst paid instead of igst or vice versa.
