Partnership firm has pending income tax refund for the A.Y. 2012.13.
Due to dissolution of firm it has closed all it's bank accounts.
Now partner of firm want to claim of refund .

This is a genuine difficulty to claim old refund in such cases.
AO can disburse the refund amount to any partner's favor, provided the dissolution deed specified the point.
