hey guys i want to know that How can i get the refund of double payment of online examination fee from ICAI

if anyone knows the procedure please help me out

You just need to email along with the credit card statement (or scanned passbook) to following ids: For PCE : pce_examhelpline @ icai.in For IPCE/ATE/Units : ipce_examhelpline @ icai.in For Final: final_examhelpline @ icai.in

Following is the extract of an e-mail from ICAI in this regard

"Multiple payments, if any, for a single student, will be identified by the system and are refunded for the credit of the respective accounts from where they originated, by the office, within 45 days of the last date for submission of forms.

In case you have made payment of exam fees more than once and do not get a refund within 45 days from the last date for submission of forms, you can claim a refund of the excess amount paid by you, by writing to us within 60 days from the last date for submission of forms, along with documentary evidence, such as bank/credit card statement, of having paid the exam fees more than once. ICAI will verify the same and refund the excess amount, if any, paid by you."
