We are claiming Refund of ITC on Export of Goods & Services without Payment of Tax, we have ITC Rs. 3,00,000/- claimed in 3B for the month August 2019.
We want to take Refund of Rs. 2,00,000/- in the month of August 2019 refund application and balance of Rs 100000/- in September 2019 month's refund application where we have ITC Rs. 2,00,000/- of September which is claimed in 3B for September 2019 month.
Can we take Refund of Rs. 3,00,000/- ( Rs 1 lakh of balance of August 2019 + Rs 2 Lakhs of September 2019 ) in Refund application in month of September 2019 ? . Does the refund of Rs. 2 Lakhs for September, which reflected in Credit ledger can only be claimed as refund in the month of September, 2019 ? or we can claim balance amount of August 2019 Rs 1 Lakh remaining along with refund of September, 2019.

if ITC on export goods then refund shall be credit into Bank Account as given in RFD 01A
