Can an exporter file refund application mannually? If yes, please advise procedure with relevent documents to be submitted.

no u have to file file RFD 1 electronically and submit same and on submission u ger acknowledgement number and later on you have to take print out of same and mention acknowledge number received on submission of RFD 1 and and attach relevant document
in case of export of goods detail of sipping bill and in case of of service realisation certificate from bank and detail of invoices
to concerned commissioner
