I filed ITR of A.Y. 18-19.there was refund. I submitted bt failed to get verify.Now ITR is invalid. Will I get my refund if yes how

If ITR become invalid then it is like you have not filled return. So you will not get any refund based on such invalid return. Now you file the return and claim the amount for the previous year.

since time limit for filling return for ay 18/19 has expired, you should make a condonation request to file return to claim refund

Yes, provided the relevant income is offered to assessment in current FY 2018-19.
