I have made an application for Refund of Excess Balance in Electronic Cash Ledger. I received a call from GST office and they are asking me to come to GST office and submit the work order physically. Do I need to submit any documents physically as everything is online?

No such requirement is there until and unless there is some discrpancies in your returns
Thank you for the response, but even if there are any discrepancies it should be communicated on GST portal itself. Also for refund of excess balance in cash ledger no documentary proof is needed.
Yes they have to communicate all discrepancies on portal only. No documentary proof required for refund of excess cash ledger balance.
