wrongly paid RS.750/- under penalty head actually it should be under interest head, but on same date applied for refund.. , while applying for refund bank account number was asked but still no updates on credit of amt.
in how many days it will get processed for refund.. and also no balance shown in ledger ..
could any one help on this...

claim minimum 1000 .... below 1000 you cant claim..
and if you calim RFD 01 you have to fill in portal and take a print out to submit your juridictional authority without submit to JA you cant claim ...

If I registered on 16th September 2017 and it is new shop then how do I show turnover of 2016 -17 and 2017 April to July.In this situations what do I do?
in this case portal not accept turnover it shows block...
leave it as it is and file your return without filling turnover ...
