I HAVE RECEIVED INTIMATION FOR A.Y 2011-12 DECLARING REFUND OF RS 8000 BUT REFUND NOT YET RECD.I HAVE CONTACTED TO CONCERNED A.O, HE SAID YOU HAVE TO ASK CPC BANGALORE PLS TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW

Refund will be send to the address in which PAN is registered so, verify the address you gave in the return and PAN Registered are same.
frnds order is passed (u/s 143(1) on 24.09.2011 & i have filed on line return & given a/c no so that they deposited the refund direct in bank
despite of giving the a/c no, check the refund cheque received at your pan address, as department may have posted it to your pan address by speed post mostly.
you can check online refund status at nsdl also and get details of post/ credit.

GOOD MORNING SIR.MY NAME IS SUMANTH FROM VIJAYAWADA,ANDHRA PRADESH...THE IT REFUND CHEQUE OF MY SISTERS HAS BEEN DISPACHED ON 03-03-2012 BEARING SPEED POST ...I STILL DIDNT RECEIVE THE REFUND CHEQUE TO THE ADDRESS ACCORDING TO UR RECORDS..THE REFUND STATUS SAYS WRONG ADDRESS..BUT WE DIDNT RECEIVE THE REFUND OR THE POSTMAN CAME TO THE ADDRESS..WHILE ENQUIRED IN P.O THEY SAY THAT ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND IT WAS RETURNED TO BOMBAY...NOW HOW COULD I AGAIN GET MY SISTERS REFUND BACK...COULD YOU PLEASE MENTION THE PROCEDURE??PLEASE..AND I WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU...
