REFUND CLAIM
Will a state level officer SGST OFFICET allow refund of IGST and CGST even if the dealer is under the jurisdiction of state level officer

Dear Sir,
Now its one tax, so Jurisdictional office shouldn't have any objection to claim refund of IGST or CGST, except if they have valid reasons or clarifications for holding such refund. You apply online submit the required documents accordingly.
