The Assessee whowas expecting a refund of Rs.70,000 got only 15,000 due to mismatch.- this is pertaining to the year 2008-09. Now 10 months are over.
In the meantime the deductor filed corretion return.

You can use rectification route under section 154. Otherwise section 264 proceedings.
