reference books for corporate law & auditing

m a ca final student

please suggest me whether i should go for classes of audit by surbhi bansal madam.

or make it myself, which referance book will be supportive to clear my doubts. i need a book in ques ans form covering all contents.

also suggest me a guidance book for law which is more than sufficient covering all topics.

also the classes of law  by deepak gajrani sir beneficial  ?
