Hey Revati

ANY IDEA, How much it will cost

Revati,

I think Padhuka's have updated their latest edition of ISCA for CA Final. If you have not yet decided, have a look at that book as well. Dinesh Madan, however, is the most popular (even if not the most useful book). Whatever you choose, decide fast.

when was the new book by paduka published?  i mean the month of publication?? Does it incorporate all the changes afftected in the syllabus by the notification dated 29-07

I have taken new revised module of ISCA.and there are big changes in 2nd chapter, and after ths change we need not to refer any reference book.this new module has been designed in question answer form.in my opinion revised new module is very good and one can use it.

Thanks

Regarda

Hi,

I heard from my friends that a new book on ISCA by Devang Dalal covers the entire revised syllabus. You should try that!

earlier they had said they will issue free of cost if you are buying book also

if you have already bought that book then they will issue you if you show that invoice

but they may charge if u dont have invoice or u r buying only supplement

Hi Revati,

Well as per me, refer the study material itself, i cleared my exams quite comfortably by reading the study material, it is explained well and u wouldnt have any confusions as far as the syllabus part of it is concerned.

Not heard of the author..What Publication?? Cost??

on my opinion refer d studymaterial for isca i m a ca final student nd my attempt is coming nov. if u hav no mor tym for study mat u can refer dineshmadan classnotes.

nobody has yet updated the module be it dinesh madaan or paduka

dont be in illusion

only ICAI's module updated

now the rest will copy paste and update their modules after november 2010

wase bhi 90% of the syllabus is old one

here the discussion should be of that 10% only ( practical concepts of sdlc and new concepts of Control aspects )

abhi just to icai has made available the new module physically ( revised march 2010)

so if u want the books like dinesh madaan or padhuka to cover the missing aspects stated above

i confirmed they wud make it available after november

so better to download these 2 chapters from icai.org

and do rest from ur old book

is it applicable for Nov 10 Exam
