Redarging housing loan rebate
I borrowed loan as a co applicant with brother. this time I want to take full interest as well as principal. either can I take full interest , principal or sharing ratio. if one brother taken full further any problem can arise. pls reply

It it will be divided on the basis of ratio of property ownership. One can't change from year to year basis.
No way for claim full amount of Loan is under divided...
