I have e-filed ITR4 for the A.Y.2013-14 after due date.After filing I came across some errors in balance sheet and income from other sources.Please tell me how I can correct these errors.

Dear PCP,
You can not revise your return. Had you been filed it on time them you have an option to file a Revised return.
Pl note that Revised Return can be filed for mistakes apparent in Return of Income and not in Balance Sheet.
