Rectification in receipt name
How Can I rectify my name(printed Wrong name ) in receipt for the donation I made for IT Credit/exemption ?

If PAN no. is correct, need not worry for any spelling mistake in name......
Or else get new receipt from the Donee...
As long as PAN number is correct, you will get 80G deduction and there won't be any issues.
Under scrutiny, if AO queries about name then get duplicate receipt in correct name from Donee.
Next year that is from FY 2020-2021, Donee trusts are required to file donation return and most likely donation will reflect in 26AS statement (proposed to be renamed as Annual Financial Statement).
