I think you made a mistake in online payment of tax. Am I right? You can file a revised return in that respect.

Well you can revise the belated return filed for AY 2018-19
Sometimes even if we make income tax payment under under wrong head i.e. tax is wrongly paid under Cess, the department still considers the same and adjust accordingly.
