how to request for rectification

Login to Income Tax E Filing Portal.

Dashbord->View Return Forms->Select Income Tax return  -> Click on Respective Ack No->at the bottom there is link for "Click here to submit rectification request"

or

Go to e file -> Rectification -> Select Income Tax & Respective Year & Select Rectification type & File Rectification (as the case may be).
