A suit filed on a practising chartered accountant by a student after 3.5 years of termination of articleship for non payment of stipend and exploitation. Held the member is guilty for violating clause 1 of part II of 2nd schedule of CA Act, 1949.

Above given wordings are a little diffficult to understand. Students can understand the case by giving literal meaning to words, if they feel any difficulty.

A message to the students:

Avoid thinking that chartered accountants are having supreme powers to harass innocents  with their degree and they control our careers. Indian  Constitution has given enough powers to every individual irrespective of his/her caste, gender, worth, community and  fame.

People can't really know that before working under him, can they? In most cases there is no way to do that.

By the way, kudos on your win pal! This is certainly a milestone.
