i am distributor of a telecom comany.i have also registration of service tax since oct09. i am not fill any retuns of service tax till now . from oct 09 to oct10 i does not work in that firm after that i have started the business . recently i have recived a notice from depatment that in 12-13 i have recived a commision of rs29 lac some thing and u did not fill ur retuns . in actualy i did not got the commision by company .company is giving the commision to retailer directly but his accounting is done in my account so what can i do.
