A Ltd is a game developing company. the games have been purchased by people outside India, so the amt is in US $... also withheld tax @ 15 % has been deducted from the amount of sale of games.
the actual invoice is as under-
gross revenue $ 785.22
(-) pmt processor fees $ 54.29
(-) itch.io cut $ 38.52
(-) adj. $ 3
(-) withheld tax (15%) $103.41

owed to you $ 586
so whether a Ltd can claim the above withheld tax in its ITR?
I mean whether the above withheld tax has to be treated like TDS in the books ?
also please provide if any reference is available for above query

Yes you can claim the above withheld tax submitting foreign tax credit certificate while filing ITR
