Re-appointment of statutory auditors
Dear Experts a pvt. ltd. co. incorporated in june 2015 and Statutory Auditor was appointed till the conclusion of first AGM. Now we are going to re-appoint the same Statutory Auditor in first AGM for 5 financial years. My query is whether filing of e-form ADT-1 is required?
Please guide.

As per the provisions of the act, company shall inform the auditor concerned of his appointment and his written consent should be taken along with a certificate containing prescribed particulars. Also, company shall file a notice of such appointment with the Registrar within 15 days of the appointment in Form ADT-1.
