is possible to give contract to an unregistered dealer for rs.1825000and break it into daily invoice of rs. 5000?

It is possilble.

But keep in mind that Rs 5000/- limit is for a single day for all unregd dealers.(Not one dealer per day)

Secondly, when you fill the return and fill the details at month end, it might create doubt.

ya i know that the limit of 5000 is in total. so how it will create doubt? because it is nowhere mentioned or prohibit sucb thing? so is it any other suitable way to bifurcate such contract to claim exsmption
