Still now it has not been Notified...
The earlier provision of reverse charge on purchase from unregistered person u/s 9(4) has been amended.
Now it will be applicable to specified registerd persons on specified goods which will be notified.
Only specified registerd persons will be liable to pay taxes under RCB on specified Good or services or both.
