RCM provision on import of Sevice
Dear sir, whether RCM provision is applicable for import of service. Service receipient in India, assigned work through online and Sevice provider (outside India) downloaded and worked and sent the output through online. Thank you

yes, RCM attracted on this case coz service provided by person in non taxable territory to person other thab NTOR isn covered under IGST reverse charge.
