One registered person purchased Plastic scrap from un registered person, RCM applicable not applicable, and rate of scrap.

Hi Sadik,

RCM is not applicable if scrap material is purchased from an unregistered dealer as per Notification no. 36/2017- Central Tax Rate dated 13-10-2017.
