RCM on Rent a Cab Services
Please clarify on RCM applicability on renting of motor vehicle as per latest notification ?

GST payable on RCM U/s 9(3) of CGST Act 2017 has goi a new family member under the service category "Renting of a motor vehicle w.e.f. 01-10-2019.Insertion to be made for the above in original notification 13/2017 DTD 28-06-2017 vide new notification 22)2019 DTD 30-09-2019.
In term of Notification 22/2019 CT (R)
RCM is applicable on Rent Cab If following conditions fulfilled :
1. Supplier Of Service provider is Not a Corporate
2. Supplier who is paying GST @ 5 on FC
3. Recepient is Body Corporate
