i have a query reagrding imports i have purchase goods from foreign but before clearance from custom i sold that goods to someone else in india in that case it is my liability to pay RCM on that goods....
please suggest me best answer urgent.

There is no RCM on goods imported from outside India
original importer will book the purchase by commercial invoice & Send the payment of that bill to supplier abroad, & will nullify the purchase by sale made to 2nd party
