What will be the RCM impact, if an individual not registered under GST and whose income is more than 20 lakhs is renting an office to a registered GST company?
@ Kartik., Income is Above 20lakhs registration is must. The landlord is register then tenant get taxable receipt /invoice. If L/L is URD then tenant can't get taxable receipt /invoice and ll be pay Tax under RCM.....
