Hello all,

Anyone pls answer my query regarding whether RCM is applicable on house keeping staff provided to a pvt Ltd Co. By a non corporate body?

Your query is not cleared... But, Note the point...


If You are Security Service provider then You don't charge GST on Your Invoices. But, please note in Your invoice & GSTR 1 return as "Supply attracting Reverse Charge - Yes"


If You are Security Service recipient then GST payable under rcm basis...



So GST applicable to Service Recipient under rcm basis...

NO ....NO RCM REQUIRED CHARGE GST ON FORWARD CHARGE

AS PER NOTIFICATION 29/2018 CT (R)  THE SUPPLIER SHALL NOT BE BODY CORPORATE , & PARTNERSHIP FIRM FALLS UNDER DEFINATION OF BODY CORPORATE,

HENCE RCM NOT APPLICABLE IN YOUR CASE
