Anyone pls answer my query regarding whether RCM is applicable on security staff provided to a pvt Ltd Co. By a partnership firm?

If You are Security Service provider then You don't charge GST on Your Invoices. But, please note in Your invoice & GSTR 1 return as "Supply attracting Reverse Charge - Yes"


If You are Security Service recipient then GST payable under rcm basis...



So GST applicable to Service Recipient under rcm basis...

AS PER NOTIFICATION 29/2018 CT (R)  THE SUPPLIER SHALL NOT BE BODY CORPORATE , & PARTNERSHIP FIRM FALLS UNDER DEFINATION OF BODY CORPORATE,

HENCE RCM NOT APPLICABLE IN YOUR CASE
