RCM on GTA
hello sir please guide me that if I paid 5%gst on all the good transportation then as recipient of service am I able to get ITC of this

Even if you don't find any of your transporter RCM details in your GSTR 2A, you can pay RCM according to your paid frieght bills and can claim same amount same month itself
Yes in both cases, (forward Charge & reverse charge) you can take ITC
Thank you very much, but here govt didn't get any tax and Where GTA will mention it in his GSTR3B
In 3B show the freight amount (most probably which are above Rs 750/- for single consignee) at 'Inward supplies with reverse charge' column and also tax at respective columns.
Simultaneously in ITC details show at column 'Other Inward supplies liable to reverse charge' and claim back the same.

It is not straight forward mentioned in Act,but mentioned in Notification.Please refer below Notifications:-
11/2017 Central Tax Dt 28th June and also
13/2017 Central Tax Dt 28th June.
Actually it is imported as it is from the earliest Service Tax provisions.
