rcm on frieght
if one registered recipient has a business of cattle feed supply. i.e exempt or Nil rated supply.. whether there is RCM liability on frieght of nil rated goods for Registered Recipient? . if payable then how can we claim ITC on that?

No....RCM not applicable
As per Notification No. 9/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate), Its exempted , So No RCM is applicable

Yes, it is exempted . RCM is not applicable.
