No... GST not applicable.
Services provided by a Senior Advocate by way of legal services to an Advocate or Partnership Firm of Advocates providing legal services, fall under SECTION 9(3) [ Notified Cases, RCM ].
Services provided by a Senior Advocate to persons other than the above mentioned person's are Exempted vide Notification No. 12/2017,CT dated 28/06/2017.
