Whether RCM -GST on Office Rent Paid to diector of company applicable or not

Office in which we are running business is in
name of CMD and he is billing to company through Tax Paid Invoice and our Auditor is saying RCM will be applicable on this

your company is getting tax invoice so u have to take credit on that no need to pay rcm on rhat

Services of director are under reverse charge
But, currently rental services are being considered and not services of a director
Just because the person is a director doesn’t mean that the rental service will be under RCM
Note : Sitting fees to Director is Under RCM .
Hence no need to do RCM
