freight paid for goods received, covered u/s 9(3) or 9(4) if supplier is not registerd.

If Paid to the transporter:
Pay 5% under RCM- for which you can not claim any ITC,
Pay 12% Under RCM- For this you can claim ITC
1. if transporter is not GTA, than also ?
