rcm deferred applicability
rcm under sec 9 (4) is deferred from july or from 13th oct 2017 as this was notified by the govt. of india on 13th oct

notification does not state that it is applicable from 13th. it refers the earlier notification & states that it is applicable to all registered persons. nowhere they mentioned it is applicable from the notification date
notication no 38/2017 of central tax (rate). yesterday i hv downloded
Please refer the notification, you can download the notification from cbec website
i hv downloaded. but it does not state that it is applicable frm 13.10.17. it refers earlier notification no 8 and states that it is applicable to all registered dealers. this is my question why it is not applicable frm july
