My total daily expenses above Rs. 5000 is for 5 days in a month. In remaining 25/26 days, it is below Rs. 5000. Do I have to pay RCM for those 5 days only or for the whole month?

Only on the 5 days on which limit of 5 K exceeded.        RCM applicable for full amount of expenses over each five days......

yes, see all expenses per day basis,if it is less than 5k, no GST .
