My firm is giving supply of service to unregistered dealers and its above rcm limit so what is the book accounting of the transaction and can we claim input on that tax

Your question is not clear..

Pls confimr whether you are registered,, If so and you are providing services to unregistered persons there is no RCM applicability on you. RCM liability lies on your buyer. Suppose if you are unregistered and your buyer is also same, there is no RCM applicability for both of you.

 

 

We are registered but our client is not registered

No RCM applicable..you just raise tax invoice and charge from customer..and pay to govt..

Your customer cannot calim ITC ..
