2 star i would give.
Had he done something in students favour i would gave him 5 star
without knowing all are giving stars. have you ever listened him? do you know what he did?
he is great personality and have initiated a lot of favorable changes in our profession. Ask from a CA who know what changes are their.
i will criticise him in only two issues:
banned transfer and
Late result.

Yes CA uttam prakash aggarwal ji is really a great peronality. he has done excellent work during his tenure n whatever restriction he imposed on student is for better training of students.
He has developed the institute utmost,
most of the MOU's have been signed during his regime
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RATING.
HE DID NOTHING FOR STUDENTS COMMUNITY EXCEPT MAKING LAWS RESTRICTING AND AGSINT THEM.!!

I hope that new president is more practical than him.
insiders say that UPA hardly listened to CCM's advise and acted like a dictator. If a man does that to fellow CCM; then woh toh students watt lagaegaa hi naa.

ICAI Prsident Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal is Great Personality for CA Student. Because he give all student best facility and future also. There are so many number of MOU between differant country is made by him and it's advantage we can avil in future. It is matter of understandig that Professional Exams should be in serious manner and Articleship is also a part of our exam because now our exam is practicle oriented.
So Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwalji is "SUPER STAR"
