thanks for ur reply but as 12% rate is applicable on the contract supplied to govt department and development authority not consider as govt department so will it be12%

All type of works contact are covered in service catogery in GST and rate of service in comman is 18% but in you case, is there any rate of tax given in the contract? will be applicable. if govt contract dose provided in rate then the normal rate on contract will be applicable.
