rank in c.a. pcc in second attemp

nope.. i think the rank is allotted only for first and both grups together attempt....

So, as per my knowlecge, a person can't expect a rank in  his second attempt, though he may get more marks than any normal ranker..

You can get a rank if u write all 6 papers again, which obviously wont happen if u wanna claim an exemption or happened to pass a group already.

Yes, he can, attempt is not a matter of consideration for getting RANK.

One of the evaluation report of the Institute was shocking to even Institute that less than 1% Rankers of P.E.-II / P.C.C. get rank in CA FINAL!! And also most students who took more attempts in P.E.-II / P.C.C., clear in 1st attempt in CA FINAL!!

So, don't think you cannot get rank in subsequent attempt!!

NO.......Attempt is not considered.  HE /  SHE SHOULD attempt both the groups at a time then  only. one of my friend got 27th rank in pe- 2 in his 4th attempt. so attempt is not amatter.

attempts dont matter so long as u write both d groups and aim for a rank

Yes of course. One can get Rank if he gives all 6 papers. No of sittings really doesnt matter
