Question about Service tax registration form St-1

According to me propritor ship firm means the firm where there is only single owner, so you can give your PAN number and write the name of the company and mention your name in the place of the owner name  and the income will be taxed on your name.

if you find ->name of the applicant under the following head, write the name of the firm you want the registration for.

IDENTIFICATION OF BUSINESS REQUIRING REGISTRATION

but if you are given "name of the applicant" under this head

Details of Permanent Account Number(PAN) of the applicant

you are required to fill it witht he name of the registered asesse (individual)
