Question about how i study law sub

I am a ipcc student. I want to know how i study law because there are lots of section in the law.

for example i study company 3-4 section and after studying i am not able to recall what are the provision in this section. so please tell me some procedure how is study law and specially company law.

don't try to learn the sections at first...just give a simple reading 2-3 times.. Mark the important words.. Read at a slow pace. Once u complete a section, recall it by closing the book. If you can't recall properly, practice by writing. And try to concentrate. Sit alone in a quiet room and study. And keep your mobile away. Cheers! :)
