Can a CA work in bank as manager & carry out his own practice as proprietor or as partner in firm at the same time ?

It is not practical.
Being a bank manager, he is responsible for the activities of the branch.
Moreover, he wont get time to do both.
He can be a sleeping partner or a non-working partner in my opinion
For practice u need cop,if u r employed somewhere no cop will b issued by icai.
No as per rules its not permissible.....
