Regarding revaluation process i m not too sure, but i think you have to submit a hand written application.  You will find the procedure in student's newsletter or some other member can post it.

I'm not sure if there is revaluation of papers. But you can apply for re-verification/re-totalling of marks. For that, download the form from following link: (https://www.icsi.edu/Student/FormsStudent/tabid/1638/Default.aspx)  and apply with payment of requisite fees.
