AS WE KNOW THAT 15 JULY IS LAST DAY FOR TDS RETURN FILING WITHOUT ANY PENALTY...BUT AS ON 15 JULY THERE IS SUNDAY SO WHETHER WE ALSO SUBMIT RETURN ON MONDAY OR WE ASSUME THAT TOMORROW IS LAST DAY PLZ HELP...........

In bangalore, tin-nsdl people have informed that they are working on sunday. & penalty attracts from 16th july.
So 15th July is the last day.
As 15th July 2012 is Sunday, it is suggested that returns should be filed by 14th July. However, as per the Clause 10 of General Clauses Act 1897, filing returns on 16th July 2012 should be considered as submission on time. But it is recommended if TIN-FC's are accepting returns on Sunday, 15th July, 2012 then we should submit the return on the same date.
