IF A PERSON IS A RESIDENT OF NEW DELHI ... BUT WORKS IN A PSU LOCATED IN SOME OTHER STATE.
WHERE WILL HIS SALARY RETURN WILL BE SUBMITTED ?
confusion is just due to the following facts :
1. Whether it will be pan based ward in home state?
2.or it will be the employer name based ward in other state?
3 or it will be employer name based ward in home state ?
Ward/ jurisdiction will be of PAN card, which is earlier mentioned while applying of PAN :)
